Ingredient sandbox

Development copy of Template:Ingredient. Test changes at Template:Ingredient/testcases before copying an approved revision to the production template.

This copy deliberately omits the #cargo_declare declaration and the #cargo_store call that Template:Ingredient carries. Two templates must not declare the same Cargo table, a testcases page must not write rows into the Ingredients table, and it must not file itself under Category:Ingredients as though it were a real ingredient.
